A business-critical SharePoint application needed a modern, maintainable foundation that could support changing enterprise needs.

Modernize without treating the work as a one-off rewrite, while coordinating architecture, delivery sequencing, production readiness, and ongoing application responsibilities.

Led architecture, planning, technical decision-making, delivery sequencing, and production readiness for two migrations and the evolution of the shared platform.
Approach
- Moved applications from SharePoint to a modern .NET and Angular platform.
- Separated application-specific logic from the original solution’s reusable core.
- Established shared architecture and implementation patterns for subsequent applications.
- Coordinated database, infrastructure, deployment, and release implications across the portfolio.
Outcome
The reusable framework became the foundation for four additional applications and now supports five applications in total.
